Client Terms
How a promotion works, end to end.
The short version of what to expect as a production house, PR agency, or celebrity team working with us.
- 1
One promotion
A promotion is one submitted brief for one film moment — a first look, teaser, trailer, song, event, release, or similar — covered by a single plan.
- 2
Your plan sets the guaranteed output
The scope agreed with our team determines the minimum number of accounts and posts guaranteed for that promotion. We don't guarantee impressions or reach beyond that.
- 3
Payment before confirmation
Where applicable, payment is completed before we confirm and schedule the promotion, by manual invoice, bank transfer or UPI.
- 4
You supply the material
You provide the poster, video, link or copy for the promotion, and you're responsible for having the right to use whatever you supply.
- 5
Posting window
Posting happens around the posting window you choose when submitting the promotion.
- 6
We handle account selection
Our team selects and coordinates the participating fan pages, movie update pages & creators for your promotion. You don't pick individual accounts, and if an assigned account can't complete the promotion, we reassign the slot.
- 7
Reporting is aggregate
Individual creator identities, handles and post links aren't shared. After the promotion is marked complete, you receive one aggregate report with combined delivery and performance numbers.
- 8
Special requirements
Discuss any special requirements with us when requesting your custom quote, before the promotion starts.
- 9
Cancellation and refunds
Contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a promotion. If accounts haven't been assigned yet, we'll work out a full or partial refund. Once posting has started, a refund is generally not possible since payments to participating accounts are already committed.
