What we collect, and how we use it.

This is a plain-language summary of how TFI X Promotions handles information for production/PR teams and creators using the service.

What we collect

Name, phone number and email address for anyone who signs up as a production/PR team member or a creator.
For production/PR teams: organization name and type.
For creators: the X account you verify and publish from, your reported follower count, content categories, bio, and any Instagram/YouTube handles you choose to add.
Promotion details: the film/project, materials you upload (posters, videos, links), instructions, hashtags, mentions and posting windows.
Payment-related information we need to pay creators or invoice clients — for example UPI/bank details a creator shares for payment, or invoice details for a client organization.

To run the coordination service itself: verify creator accounts, assign and schedule promotions, verify completed posts, record performance snapshots, and put together your aggregate report.
To process weekly creator payments and client invoices.
To contact you about a promotion, your application, or your account — by email, in-app notification, or X direct message.

We keep account and promotion records for as long as your account is active and for as long as we reasonably need them for the purposes above, including responding to questions about past promotions.
Uploaded promotion assets are not automatically deleted once a promotion is completed. If you'd like something removed sooner, contact us and we'll handle it manually.

We use third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, our database, authentication, file storage, and email delivery.
Creators can sign in and verify their account through X (Twitter). Staff notifications may go through Telegram.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside what's needed to run the service described above.
